Description
4-Bromobenzeneboronic acid is a reagent used for Palladium catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura cross-couplings, Tandem-type Pd(II)-catalyzed oxidative Heck reaction and intramolecular C-H amidation sequence. It is also used in the preparation of Protein modulators and enzymatic and kinase inhibitors, Gallate-based obovatol analogs with potential anti-tumor activity. It is used as a reagent for Copper-mediated ligandless aerobic fluoroalkylation of arylboronic acids with fluoroalkyl iodides, Pd-catalyzed arylative cyclization of alkyne-tethered enals or enones via carbopalladation of alkynes, Copper-catalyzed cross-couplings.

El ácido 4-bromobencenoborónico es un reactivo que se utiliza en los acoplamientos cruzados de Suzuki-Miyaura catalizados con paladio, la reacción oxidativa de Heck catalizada con PD(II) de tipo tándem y la secuencia de amidación C-H intramolecular. También se emplea en la preparación de moduladores de proteínas e inhibidores enzimáticos y de cinasas, análogos de obovatol a base de galato con posible actividad antitumoral. Se usa como reactivo para la fluoroalquilación aeróbica sin ligandos mediada por cobre de ácidos arilborónicos con yoduros de fluoroalquilo, ciclación arilativa catalizada por Pd de enales alquinos o enonas por carbopaladación de alquinos, acoplamientos cruzados catalizados por cobre.

Soluble en metanol. Insoluble en agua.
