3-Nitro-L-tyrosine is used as an indicator of the formation of peroxynitrite by NO-dependent oxidative damage.

Aplicaciones
La 3-nitro-L-tirosina se utiliza como indicador de la formación de peroxinitrita por daño oxidativo dependiente de NO.

Solubilidad
Soluble en agua (parcialmente miscible), ácido 1N clorhídrico (50 mg/ml), solución acuosa ácida, etanol, DMSO, DMF y PBS (pH 7,2) (∼∼2 mg/ml).

Notas
Estable en las condiciones de almacenamiento recomendadas. Incompatible con agentes oxidantes.
