3-Aminobenzamide is used as an endogenous poly-ADP-ribosyltransferase inhibitor. Through its effects on PARPs, 3-amino benzamide causes telomere shortening and stimulates angiogenesis. It displays neuroprotective, anti-necrotic effects.

Aplicaciones
La 3-aminobenzamida se utiliza como inhibidor endógeno de la poli-ADP-ribosiltransferasa. A través de sus efectos sobre los PARP, 3-amino benzamida causa acortamiento del telómero y estimula la angiogénesis. Muestra efectos neuroprotectores y antinecróticos.

Solubilidad
Soluble en dimetilformamida (∼ 30 mg/ml), dimetilsulfóxido (∼ 30 mg/ml), solución salina tamponada con fosfato (pH 7,2) (∼ 2 mg/ml), agua (25 mg/ml) y etanol (25 mg/ml).

Notas
Mantener el recipiente herméticamente sellado. Almacenar en un lugar fresco y seco y en recipientes bien sellados. Incompatible con agentes oxidantes.
