Descripción

(2R,3R)-(-)-2,3-Butanediol is used as a chiral auxiliary, chiral ligand and building block. Cyclocondenses with ketones for (13)C NMR determination of optical purity. It is used in the resolution of carbonyl compounds in gas chromatography.

Aplicaciones
El (2R,3R)-(-)-2,3-butanediol se utiliza como auxiliar quiral, ligando quiral y compuesto básico. Ciclocondensa con cetonas para la determinación de pureza óptica de RMN de (13)C. Se utiliza en la resolución de compuestos carbonílicos en cromatografía de gases.
