Dantoin(R) DCDMH is an industrial bleaching agent based on dimethyl hydantoin. This product finds application wherever solid bleach is desired. It is used as a mild chlorinating agent in organic synthesis.It is also used as a sanitizer in swimming pools, laundries restaurants, cutting oils and pharmaceutical industry as a general cleaner. Other uses include it is been used as a preventer and catalyst in polymer industry, used to emboss or texturize resinous sheet preparations.

El Dantoin(R) DCDMH es un agente blanqueador industrial con base de dimetilhidantoína. Este producto se aplica en cualquier lugar donde se desee utilizar lejía sólida. Se utiliza como un agente clorante suave en la síntesis orgánica. También se utiliza como desinfectante en piscinas, lavanderías, restaurantes, aceites de corte y en el sector farmacéutico como un limpiador general. Entre sus otros usos cabe citar su labor como inibidor y catalizador en la industria de polímeros, su uso para grabar en relieve o texturizar preparaciones de láminas resinosas.

Soluble en 0,21 g/100 ml de agua (25 °C).
Notas
Almacenar en un lugar fresco. Mantenga el recipiente bien cerrado en un lugar seco y bien ventilado. Incompatible con agentes reductores, ácidos, bases fuertes, materiales orgánicos, metales en polvo. Sensible al aire, la luz y la humedad. Estable, menos ante un oxidante fuerte.
