Aplicaciones
El 1,2-diclorobenceno se utiliza ampliamente como precursor para preparar 1,2-dicloro-4-nitrobenceno, que es un intermedio en la síntesis de agroquímicos. Actúa como disolvente para fullerenos. También se utiliza para suavizar y eliminar la contaminación a base de carbono en superficies metálicas.
