Aplicaciones
El 1,2,4-triclorobenceno se utiliza como fluido de transferencia de calor y dieléctrico en transformadores. Actúa como un producto intermedio, desengrasante, conservante de madera y disolvente para tintes. Es un disolvente de alta temperatura utilizado en cromatografía de permeación en gel, especialmente para polietileno y polipropileno. Además, se utiliza como lubricante y como aceite de transformador sintético.
