Descripción

Tri-tert-butylphosphonium tetrafluoroborate is a ligand used in the palladium-catalyzed enantioselective alfa-arylation of N-boc-pyrrolidine. It is also used with a palladium(0)-15-membered, triolefinic, macrocyle in Suzuki cross-coupling reactions of aryl bromides and chlorides. Further, it is used in the Heck coupling of vinyl tosylates with olefins.

Aplicaciones
El tetrafluoroborato de tri-terc-butilfosfonio es un ligando utilizado en la alfa-arilación enantioselectiva catalizada por paladio de N-boc-pirrolidina. También se usa con paladio(0)-15-membresado, triolefinico, macrocílo en las reacciones de acoplamiento cruzado de Suzuki de bromuros de arilo y cloruros. Además, se utiliza en el acoplamiento de Heck de los tosilatos de vinilo con olefinas.

Solubilidad
Soluble en cloruro de metileno y cloroformo. Ligeramente soluble en el furano de terahidro. Insoluble en hexano, tolueno y agua.

Incompatible con agentes oxidantes fuertes y halógenos.
