Eph Receptor A2 (EPHA2), recombinant mouse protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications. Since this product is a truncated protein and does not contain intracellular catalytic activity domain, it is not suitable for use in enzyme activity studies.
  • Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA: 1. Immobilized mouse EphA2 at 2μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind mouse EphrinA1 with a linear range of 0.16-20ng/mL; 2. Immobilized mouse EphA2 at 2μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind human EphrinA1 with a linear range of 0.8-20ng/mL
  • Formulation: 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl, pH 7.5, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
  • Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
