Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte-Associated 4 (CTLA4), recombinant mouse protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.- Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA: 1. Immobilized recombinant mouse CTLA4-His (Mfr. No. 50503-M08H) at 10μg/mL (100μL/well) can mouse CD80-Fc (Mfr. No. 50446-M02H) with a linear range of 0.78-62.5ng/mL; 2. Immobilized recombinant mouse CTLA4-His (Mfr. No. 50503-M08H) at 10μg/mL (100μL/well) can human B7-1-Fc (Mfr. No. 10698-H03H) with a linear range of 0.78-125ng/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
