Specificity was determined by ELISA using a panel of antibodies specific to human IgG, IgA, IgM, Kappa and Lambda. Concentration provided: 1 mg/mL. Antibody value assigned is based on the extinction coefficient of IgG: Optical Density at 280 nm of 1.4 equals 1 mg antibody.

Human IgG, also known as human immunoglobulin G, is an antibody that is produced by the immune system in response to antigens.
