Descripción

Decahydronaphthalene is widely used as an industrial solvent for resins and fuel additives. It is a substitute for turpentine in lacquers, shoe polishes and waxes.

Aplicaciones
El decahidronaftaleno se utiliza ampliamente como disolvente industrial para resinas y aditivos combustibles. Es un sustituto de la trementina en lacas, pulidores de zapatos y ceras.

Solubilidad
Miscible con acetona, benceno, éter, metanol, anilina, decalina, cloroformo, butanol y etanol. Inmiscible con agua.

Notas
Almacenar en un lugar fresco. Sensible al aire, la luz y el calor. El calor y la luz aceleran la formación de peróxido. Incompatible con agentes oxidantes.
