Inhibidor muy potente y selectivo de la proteína quinasa C

Bisindolylmaleimide is used as a highly selective inhibitor of all PKC isoforms and slight inhibitor of GSK-3, used to selectively probe for PKC-mediated pathways for transduction of hormone, cytokine, and growth factor signals, very potent and selective inhibitor of protein kinase C.

Aplicaciones
La bisindolilmaleimida se usa como un inhibidor altamente selectivo de todas las isoformas de PKC y un inhibidor leve de GSK-3, usado para identificar selectivamente las vías mediadas por PKC para la transducción de señales de hormonas, citocinas y factor de crecimiento, inhibidor muy potente y selectivo de la proteína quinasa C.
