Description
PA3-901A detects inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate receptor type-I (IP3R-I) from mouse, human and rat tissues. PA3-901A has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects a ∽240-260 kDa protein representing IP3R-I from rat and mouse brain extract. PA3-901A is a remanufactured lot of PA3-901 which has previously been used in Western blot, immunoprecipitation and immunohistochemistry procedures. The PA3-901A immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues N(1829) K K K D D E V D R D A P S R K K A K E(1848) of human IP3 Receptor Type I. This sequence is 100% conserved in human, mouse, and rat IP3R-I protein. This peptide (Cat. # PEP-019) is available for use in neutralization and control experiments.
