The epitope recognized by this antibody is reported to be sensitive to formaldehyde fixation and tissue processing. We recommend the use of acetone fixation for frozen sections. Mouse anti Human IgG1-Fc-CH2 antibody, clone NL16 recognizes an epitope within the CH2 domain of the Fc region of human IgG1.
