Membrane permeabilization is required for flow cytometry applications. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4oC in the dark. Once reconstituted, this product has a shelf life of approx. 18 months. Mouse anti Human CD79a antibody, clone HM57 recognizes an epitope within the cytoplasmic domain of CD79a.
