Invitrogen™ Molecular Probes™ Guanosine 5'-Triphosphate, BODIPY™ TR 2'-(or-3')-O-(N-(2-Aminoethyl) Urethane), Trisodium Salt (BODIPY TR GTP)
Exhibits spectral characteristics similar to the Texas Red™ dye
Marca: Invitrogen™ G22351
Descripción
The mixed-isomer analog of BODIPY TR GTP is comprised of the BODIPY TR fluorophore attached to the 2' or 3' position of the ribose ring via an aminoethylcarbamoyl linker. BODIPY TR GTP is significantly quenched in solution and increase upon binding to at least some GTP-binding proteins. BODIPY TR exhibits spectral characteristics similar to the Texas Red dye. This fluorescent nucleotide may be useful for fluorescence polarization-based assays of GTP-binding proteins.
